Stealing? - Stealing my art is STRICTLY prohibited. If I found out you stole something(as in an idea, OC, or artwork) of mine WITHOUT giving me credit, you WILL be banned.
May I draw this peice of art? - Of course, just remember to give me credit. FYI: If you ask me in advance, I will be happy, but if you just credit me that will do.
